Account Deletion

In this section we will show you how to delete your AFA Tickets account along with the information we have about you and your tickets. You can also request us to do it for you, in case you don't have access to your profile on the website or in the app, by clicking on the "Request Account Deletion" button at the end of this section and completing the request form, which will be then sent to support@afatickets.com.ar for processing.

ATTENTION: If you have active tickets for future events, they will be permanently deleted along with your account and any personal information we may have, and they will not be able to be recovered afterwards. If you decide to delete your account, you won't be able to make any claims in case of loss or non-receipt of your tickets.
The account deletion request may be denied if there is a legitimate reason (legal or security requirement) concerning the user or the tickets.

Delete my account from the AFA Tickets App:
  1. Open the mobile app and enter your username and password if necessary.
  2. Within the menu, go to "My Profile." At the end of that section, you will find the option to "Delete my account."
  3. Click and complete the required steps.
Delete my account from the AFA Tickets Website:
  1. Open a browser and go to the address www.afatickets.com.ar
  2. On the top bar, click "Account," entering your username and password if necessary.
  3. In the options menu located on the right, go to "Profile and payment methods" At the end of that section, you will find the option to "Remove my account".
  4. Click it and complete the required steps.
If none of the above options are possible for you, you can request the manual deletion of your account by filling out the following form. This form must be completed using only the email address associated with the account you wish to delete.

REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION
