Please be sure to read and accept the terms and conditions when purchasing your tickets on AFA TICKETS (www.afatickets.com.ar): 

All types of tickets are sold by AFA TICKETS, on behalf of the event organizer ("Organizer"). The acquisition of tickets implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

The Organizer is responsible for the event and its sales conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the event program partially or entirely, its price, locations, and auditorium capacity.

AFA TICKETS is not responsible for the suspension or cancellation of the event for any reason. It is also not responsible for any damages that may occur during the event or on the venue premises. AFA TICKETS does not facilitate any changes, refunds, or returns unless communicated by AFA TICKETS under the Organizer's direction. If the event date or time is changed, this ticket will be valid for the Organizer's final date.

In case of event suspension or cancellation, the user has the right to request a ticket value refund. All refunds are the Organizer's responsibility.

Tickets must not be used for resale under any circumstances. The customer must ensure that their ticket is legitimate, as illegitimate tickets will result in denial of entry and possible legal action. The only authorized sales points are the website: www.afatickets.com.ar and, only when announced by AFA TICKETS and/or the Organizer, the box office at the event venue. The personal data owner consents to the provisions of Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection when using AFA TICKETS services. In this regard, they acknowledge and accept that their personal data will be part of the AFA TICKETS database, granting explicit authorization for: (I) the automated processing of such data and information, (II) its use for current or future services developed by AFA TICKETS, and/or (III) the transfer of such data to the event Organizer for evaluating improvements in their organization.

Additionally, the data owner has the right to access their data for free at intervals not less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is proven, as stated in Article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25.326. The data owner also has the right to rectify and delete data according to Article 6, section "e" of Law 25.326.

Law 25.326 - Article 27 - paragraph 3: "(Files, records, or databases for advertising purposes). The owner may at any time request the removal or blocking of their name from the databases referred to in this article."

Decree 1558/01 - Annex I - Article - 3rd paragraph: "In all communication for advertising purposes made by mail, telephone, email, Internet or other remote means, it must be expressly and prominently indicated that the data owner can request the removal or partial blocking of their name from the database. At the request of the interested party, the name of the person responsible or user of the database that provided the information must be provided." The NATIONAL OFFICE OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION, Control Body of Law No. 25.326, has the authority to handle complaints and claims related to non-compliance with personal data protection regulations.

The consumer has the right to revoke acceptance within 10 (ten) consecutive days from the date the contract is concluded, without any liability, up to 72 hours before the Event or until the Sale Closing, whichever occurs first. Sale Closing is considered the moment when AFA TICKETS stops mass marketing tickets for an Event. This revocation must be made for the total purchase, regardless of the number of tickets purchased in the same transaction. Partial revocation requests will not be accepted.

As AFA TICKETS acts as an intermediary on behalf of the Organizer, any claim must be directed exclusively to the Organizer. However, the Organizer reserves the right to add, modify, or replace members of the cast or event team, changing programs, prices, and advertised locations, as well as the venue capacity, as informed in a timely manner.

The Organizer reserves the right of admission and permanence. The stadium entry time is until the event starts; afterward, entry limitations depend on the Organizer and stadium security authorities. AFA Tickets is not responsible for failure to enter the stadium. If presenting a paper ticket, the buyer must present it in good condition. Late arrivals may result in entry during intervals or at the Organizer's discretion.

Before entering the event, spectators may undergo security checks, and refusal to comply will not hold the Organizer and the ticket provider responsible.

Entry to the event with fireworks, recorders, cameras, or any similar items, as determined by the Organizer, is not allowed. These items may be removed and their contents destroyed. The Organizer may request the shutdown of any radio communication or mobile phone equipment before accessing the event. The entry of prohibited substances and/or those competing with those sold on-site and/or that may – at the Organizer's discretion – pose a threat to the event and its attendees is also not allowed.

The AFA TICKETS system allows customers to purchase tickets online or through similar digital means. The system selects the available seat at the time of purchase, according to the requested category and price.

Tickets can also be purchased at the box office for each event.

Each ticket purchased on afatickets.com.ar is subject to an additional service charge (as informed in the price list for each event). AFA TICKETS will announce the possible alternatives for ticket delivery (in-store, at the event box office, home delivery), which may be subject to an additional charge informed by AFA TICKETS. If this information is omitted for a particular event, it will be understood that the only method of commercialization is exclusively through the AFA TICKETS digital platform.

Service charges (including additional charges for home delivery) effectively provided by AFA TICKETS will not be refunded to the consumer under any circumstances, even in case of event suspension, cancellation, rescheduling, or user remorse.

The ticket buyer is responsible for checking, accepting, and confirming the terms and conditions of their purchase before completing it, including but not limited to: (I) the description and specification of the event for which the tickets were purchased, (II) delivery deadlines and conditions, (III) prices and payment conditions, (IV) costs and additional charges. Therefore, please review the event, section, and desired location carefully before confirming your purchase, as changes, refunds, and/or returns are not allowed for this reason once the purchase is confirmed, whether the tickets are purchased in paper or digital form.

The purchase confirmation made by the user with their credit or debit card is subject to authorization by the issuing company.

Ticket deliveries are only made within the territory of the Argentine Republic.

If you choose (in case an Event has this option) the "Home Delivery" service, you must make your purchase at least 15 business days prior to the event or show using the "Standard" service (for Federal Capital and GBA); 20 business days if using the "Interior" service, depending on the availability of each service for the specific event or show.

If the user decides to use the "Box Office Pickup" service (if available), and in those cases where AFA TICKETS offers it, it means that the user will collect their tickets at the event's special box office, the location of which will be informed by AFA TICKETS. The ticket buyer must follow the necessary steps to acquire tickets; this includes (I) registering on the www.afatickets.com.ar website to make the purchase, (II) downloading the AFA Tickets App on their mobile device, registering again with the same email (III) accessing the purchased tickets from the AFA Tickets App (IV) showing the tickets with their QR code at the event entrance to gain access. AFA Tickets is not responsible if the user incorrectly follows the steps for acquisition.

Digital ticket purchases are made with a credit or debit card, and the registered user's name must match the cardholder's name making the purchase.

When the purchase is made with a credit or debit card, tickets will only be delivered to the cardholder whose name is printed on the respective card, by presenting that card and identification. The cardholder or their additional person must match the purchaser.

Identification document (ID, DNI, Enrolment Booklet, Civic Booklet, Passport) of the Credit/Debit Cardholder or their additional person, as appropriate.

To access AFA TICKETS, the user must have graphics mode enabled and accept cookies in their browser.

Tickets will only be considered valid for entry to the event if purchased through the AFA TICKETS system.

Tickets must not be used for resale and/or any commercial or promotional application without prior written authorization from the Organizer or AFA TICKETS.
